ARNOLD AIR FORCE BASE, Tenn. – In observance of African-American History Month, AEDC featured Dr. Portia Shields, Tennessee State University’s (TSU) first female president, as the guest speaker for the event luncheon at the Arnold Lakeside Center Feb. 16.
