Band Hazing and HBCU football

If you haven’t noticed, things in are really heating up about Band hazing.

Therefore, the ultimate question is, can HBCU football survive without the band?

HBCU’s are experiencing declining interest (attendance) and has no plan to cater to a internet age fan. The band was the sticking point for many a fan and without it (a deal made with the devil decades ago). How can HBCU football survive?
